CARE, IN COLLABORATION
Psychiatric Medication Management
I provide individualized psychiatric medication management for adults seeking support with their mental health. My approach is thoughtful, collaborative, and focused on helping you better understand your mental health and make informed decisions about your treatment.
01 / YOUR CARE
Comprehensive Psychiatric Assessment
Your first appointment begins with a comprehensive psychiatric assessment. Together, we will explore your current concerns, symptoms, mental health history, medical history, medications, and treatment goals.
As part of this assessment, I will determine whether your symptoms meet criteria for a psychiatric diagnosis according to the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5). Your assessment may confirm a previous diagnosis, provide a different diagnosis, or offer additional clarification about what you are experiencing.
A clear understanding of your symptoms and diagnosis can help guide an individualized treatment plan and ensure that your care is based on your specific needs.
02 / YOUR CARE
Ongoing Medication Management
If medication is appropriate for your treatment, we will work together to develop a plan that aligns with your symptoms, goals, preferences, and overall health and safety. Ongoing visits allow us to monitor your response to medication, assess benefits and potential side effects, and make adjustments when needed.
My goal is not simply to prescribe medication, but to partner with you in finding an approach that feels appropriate and sustainable.
03 / YOUR CARE
Psychoeducation
Understanding your mental health and treatment is an important part of feeling empowered in your care. I provide psychoeducation about your diagnosis, medications, symptoms, and treatment options so that you can make informed decisions about your health.
We may also discuss how medication management can complement therapy and support your goals. Developing a better understanding of your mental health helps you navigate symptoms, participate actively in treatment, and build strategies for moving forward.
04 / YOUR CARE
Telehealth & In-Person Care
Most appointments are offered through secure telehealth, providing convenient access to psychiatric care from the comfort of your own space. Limited in-person appointments may also be available depending on your needs and availability.
Whether we meet virtually or in person, my goal is to provide thoughtful, personalized care in an environment where you feel heard, respected, and involved in your treatment.
